Sea Aster flowers in the Burren between July and October. Sea Aster is native to Ireland. It's a short-lived maritime perennial and grows up to 100cm. The Sea Aster flowers are 8-30mm across in blue-purple. Sea Aster can be found coastal in salt marshes and sea cliffs around the Burren.
